I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby was modern and inviting, and the girl at the front desk was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and even giving me advice on getting around the city. The room was large and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel also provided a shuttle service for a reasonable price, making it convenient to explore the city. The location was great, with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to access all the attractions, including the vibrant French Quarter.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless and well-maintained. Location to typical tourist attractions: Close to everything and within walking distance of some nice restaurants. Staff: The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Transportation: The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop that takes you to the main tourist areas of the city.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, despite some A/C issues. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the French Market and close to both the bus stop and the streetcar. We had no trouble parking our car and felt safe throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect, close to downtown but not too crowded. I enjoyed the old New Orleans feel of the hotel, which added a unique charm. The free parking was a great convenience, especially in this city. The pool looked inviting, even though it was too cold to swim. I was impressed with the variety of channels available on the TV, making my stay even more enjoyable. Most of all, I want to express my gratitude to Vicki, who provided exceptional service. She went above and beyond her duties, offering kindness and assistance during a stressful situation.
